Science of Food is a course for students wanting to take only Biology and Chemistry.
Attention foodies! Ready to dive into a whole new world of food exploration? Join us in the lab as we uncover the Science behind it all. Ignite your curiosity to explore aspects of food you’ve never thought of before. We will explore topics such as nutrition and diabetes, the chemistry of food and how bacteria can be a friend or foe in the kitchen.
