Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr S. Perks

This course will allow you to further develop the skills you have learnt at Level 1 and apply that knowledge to create innovative new food products for the catering industry, meal solutions for families and other specific food requirements. This will be achieved through researching market trends, trial and testing food combinations, and practical activities. This is an Achievement Standard course which continues to guide you towards University Entrance.
