Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs R. Ram.

Students will be part of Young Enterprise Scheme (YES) program. Students will work in a team and carry out, with consultation, an innovative and sustainable business activity(make and sell products). Will be allowed to use social media to market their products and create company Facebook and Instagram page. A mentor (outside business expert) will be attach to your group to support and give advice on your business. Your group will open bank account to mange finance. An opportunity to learn about operational aspects of large business in a global context.  This topic taught will allow you relate to real business such as Fonterra/Fisher and Paykel/Air New Zealand. It focuses on external factors by a business that operates in a global context.
