Level 3 Technology Food
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs E. Meyer.
Following on from Level 2, this course is designed to further develop your 'creative' ability and inquiry when working with food. It is focused on the creation of new, innovative products for the current marketplace. The course requires an advanced level of independence and problem solving through a combination of research, trialing, and testing of new food combinations and practical activities. This is an Achievement Standard course that is University approved and students have the opportunity to gain 26 credits.
Recommended Prior Learning
Minimum 12 credits in Level 2 Technology Food or HoLA/HoS approval.
