03PHY

Level 3 Physics

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr R. Casey.

Level 3 Physics continues the work covered in Level 2 at a more complex level. Topics are Mechanics (external); Nuclear Physics, a research based standard and a practical investigation (internals). An optional Electricity external is also possible.

It is important to have achieved success in 02 Physics, particularly in Mechanics, before moving on to 03 Physics.

Level 3 Physics is highly recommended for students intending to take Engineering or Medicine. Other career paths include Science, Telecommunications, Computing hardware and software, Meteorology, Geology and more.
