Digital and Financial Literacy

Course Description

Financial literacy will equip students with the knowledge and skills they will need to manage money effectively. Talking about credit is vital in helping students understand the importance of money and the consequences of making poor financial decisions. It is essential for students to learn about money because it will help them live a successful life, secure in the knowledge that they are financially stable, and have genuine respect for the value of the money they earn.  With digital literacy skills, students can move beyond a process-oriented understanding of technology and apply digital resources creatively in their original work. These skills build upon the traditional concept of literacy and support students in using critical thinking/problem solving skills. This course will be running in Term 1,Term 2,Term 3 and Term 4.
