Paleontology Waananga

We will be exploring Paleontology; the study of ancient life, from dinosaurs to prehistoric animals and plants. We also take a closer look at meteors, mummies, mammoths, minerals, crystals. This involves a hands experience, and a 'behind-the-scenes' trip to the museum, where we aim to explore fossils and other evidence that reveals how organisms changed over time and what our planet was like long ago. This course will be running in Term 1, Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4.
