Level 1 Art

This course is designed to build skills and knowledge in level one Visual Arts in preparation for level 2 Art subjects.
Students will learn a variety of techniques and experiment with different media. They will have the chance to experience the following subjects within the Visual Arts; Photography, Painting, Illustration and Design, Printmaking and Sculpture.
They will learn to use skills and tools appropriate to each area of art and complete a range of artworks over the year.

Students will have the opportunity to gain 22 level 1 credits.
