Students who take this course will:

- learn about different challenges and changes that people go through in their lives, how this can effect their well-being and how you can develop strategies to help them.

- learn about sexuality; understanding and applying a range of strategies to help promote positive sexuality.

- learn about interpersonal skills and how to develop them in a positive way for the benefit of a range of relationships.

- Students will take action in their personal lives to improve and aspect of their Hauora.

External exam

- learn about drugs and drug related situations and how to make health enhancing decisions in a range of different situations.
