Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Ms P. Law

NCEA Level 3 Japanese leads to tertiary qualifications and opportunities to study or work in Japan. Students learn to justify their own opinions and support or challenge the views of others in Japanese.

There is not a big difference in difficulty between Level 2 Japanese and Level 3. Level 3 is an extension of the language learnt in Level 2 Japanese.

Recommended Prior Learning

Must have completed all internals in Level 2 Japanese and attempted both externals. Multi-level study of Level 2 and Level 3 Japanese is available by HOLA approval.
