Recommended Prior LearningAll students with an interest and passion for rugby can select this course. The student should be prepared to represent the school in rugby during the year.
The Year 10 Rugby course is an in-depth exploration of all things rugby. The topics covered include: Fitness, Individual, Unit and Team Skills, the Role of the Coach, Tournament Play, Team Analysis and the Mental Skills. All of these aspects will further enhance and develop the student in a broad and interesting manner.
You can select both Year 10 Rugby AND Year 10 HPS.

Year 10 Rugby can prepare you for any of our senior PE options. It can be a good way to see if this is a pathway you want to follow in Year 11 and beyond.
