The aim of this course is to develop an appreciation of the design process and the skills required to undertake a series of challenging projects in a variety of materials. Basic Construction and Engineering skills will be studied while making the projects and these will provide students with the foundation skills needed for future study in Technology and Trades.

Students will complete 3 projects over the course of the year using a range of materials, methods and skills such as; wood, metal, plastics, laser cutting, joinery, lights, electronics and many more.
