Recommended Prior LearningIt is highly recommended that you already have some knowledge of basic Spanish in both writing and speaking to ensure you get the best out of this course. This may have been achieved by speaking and communicating through Spanish shows, Spanish songs, speaking regularly using basic Spanish words and/or completing the Year 9 Spanish course.

Year 10 Spanish is a follow on from the beginner's Year 9 Spanish. There will a focus on Spanish culture and food, Spanish living and Spanish lifestyle. For students who would like to develop their vocabulary further than Dora the Explorer the Year 10 Spanish class is a great stepping stone.
